The apartments can be rented separately or together. If both apartments are rented for the same period, they will be combined into one guesthouse and the two floors will be connected by an internal staircase.
The minimum stay is 5 nights and the maximum stay is 30 nights. Free cancellation is not possible.
The contract is only valid after a 50% deposit has been paid. The remaining 50% must be paid at least two weeks before the start of the rental period, otherwise the contract will be cancelled. No refunds will be given.
In addition to the rent, a security deposit of 200 euros per apartment is required in case of damage or loss. This deposit will be returned at the end of the rental period. Guests are responsible for damage and loss and will be charged the actual cost of repair or replacement.
A tax must be paid for each person from abroad (not Portugal). This tax is not included in the rental price. The tax is a maximum of 14 euros for each person who is at least 13 years old. The tax is 2 euros per night.
Additional services will be charged on site, and prices will be given in advance if required. Optional services will be provided where possible but cannot be requested.
The host cannot be held responsible for damage beyond his control, especially damage caused by the elements, theft or accidents. Guests should check their insurance coverage in advance.
